Arkand AI

Practical AI Training & Advisory

We help teams learn to use AI on their actual work.

AI Training & Workforce Development

Most employees know AI matters. They just don't know where to start, or they're afraid of it. Our training programs fix that. Through hands-on workshops, your team builds real AI skills using their actual work tasks. No theory lectures. No jargon. People leave each session with tools they'll use the next morning.

Quick Start Workshop

2 to 4 hours

Get your team from zero to functional with AI tools. Perfect for teams exploring AI for the first time.

Full Foundations Program

7 to 9 hours (1 to 2 days)

Complete workforce training covering AI essentials, role-specific applications, and advanced prompting.

Complete Transformation

13.5 hours (2 to 3 days)

End-to-end program including leadership modules, process automation, and a 30-day AI adoption plan for managers.

AI Advisory & Strategy

Not every team needs a training program. Some need clarity first. Where does AI actually fit? What tools make sense? What's worth the investment and what's hype? We help you figure that out before you spend a dollar on technology.

Who We Are

Arkand AI was founded by Jake Woodworth. Everything we do is shaped by a principle from Jake's mentor, an ex-Apple leader and AI startup founder: 'Our job is to make employees' lives better.' That belief guides every project.

Jake has been teaching people to use AI since before most companies had a policy for it. At Elizabethtown College, he designed and co-taught an honors course using the Princeton Precept System alongside a university professor. His AI-assisted senior thesis on leadership development was presented at the National Collegiate Honors Council, where the audience was more interested in his AI methodology than the research itself.

Jake was the first employee at Carbon Technology Group, an AI startup where he has been involved in both customer success and software development, managing enterprise voice agent deployments in production. Real AI systems handling real customer interactions at scale.

He has trained everyone from university faculty to senior military and executive leadership on practical AI adoption. He has advised veteran executive coaches on integrating AI into their practices. He cares more about finding the right solution than selling a particular tool. Sometimes AI is the right fit, sometimes it is not. Either way, our job is to help you find the answer.

"Seldom has there been a student who has embraced an interdisciplinary liberal arts education in becoming an informed, responsible, self-directed learner. This past semester we designed and co-taught an honors history course, basing it on the Princeton University Precept System where the class is led by the professor assisted by an advanced undergraduate student. As always, Jake exceeded expectations. It has been wonderful collaborating with Jake on this and so many other projects. Jake studied how to utilize AI strategically and ethically. To this end he started his own business, Arkand AI, and has been steadily engaged in custom AI consulting for several clients."

Why 'Arkand'?

Named for Samarkand, the ancient Silk Road hub where knowledge, trade, and diverse expertise converged. Arkand is built on the same idea: a place where teams connect with practical AI knowledge. Not an agency. Not a vendor. A hub where you come to learn, get clarity, and move forward with confidence.

Crossroads of Ideas

Where diverse expertise converges to create practical solutions.

Practical Delivery

Focused on skills and strategies you'll actually use.

Long-term Reliability

Building lasting AI capabilities, not one-time events.
